Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and sanitized according to established standards. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Skills Proficiency in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and polishing. Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations. Strong custodial skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
