The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Room Attendant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleaning and hospitality service. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care duties such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy and well-maintained Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to guest requests and inquiries Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards is advantageous Experience with hospitality or housekeeper management roles can be beneficial for growth within the team Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
