At Diversified Funding we have teams in the following categories, Multifamily Management, Commercial Retail Management, Condominum Management, Money Lending, and of course Hospitality! There are many different opportunities to grow within Diversified given the many fields of work we focus on. At Diversified Funding we believe in doing the right thing for our tenants, guests, and customers. We are looking for a hard working team player to join our award winning cleaning crew. As a hotel, we work to maintain high standards across the board, especially with our cleanliness standards. Job duties include but not limited to cleaning guest rooms, laundry, taking trash out, vacuuming, dusting, helping with guest request, etc.. Both full time and part time hours are available. We offer a competitive hourly wage plus benefits. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or interest in the position. Duties Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed. Responds timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc. Maintains inventory of necessary supplies. Reports necessary maintenance items. Follows departmental policies and procedures. Follows all safety and sanitation policies Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. Performs additional duties as needed. Skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
