Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning and hospitality settings, with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow established housekeeping procedures for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and properly stored. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the facility.
