Dust, clean kitchens and bathrooms, vacuum, and mop. Work independently and as part of a small, supportive team. Follow our proven cleaning systems, procedures, and techniques to provide consistent, high-quality service. We Set You Up for Success Experience is preferred, but not required. We provide paid, hands-on training and teach you everything you need to know. We have specific systems, procedures, and techniques that we follow in every home, and we'll be with you every step of the way. We won't just hand you a duster and send you off on your own. This Is a Physically Active Job This is not a desk job. You'll spend the day walking, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, lifting, carrying equipment, and working at a steady, purposeful pace. We work with purpose—not pressure.
