Job Description
As our Housekeeper, you are the quiet magic behind every great stay. Fresh, welcoming rooms, spotless public spaces, and thoughtful attention to detail all start with you. Your care pays off, too: on top of your base rate, you can boost your earnings with a $2.00 incentive for every room that passes inspection, plus tips from happy guests. If you take pride in your work, this role rewards it. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Collaborate with other team members to support efficient and effective operations. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns. Follow safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For:
A sharp eye for detail and pride in leaving every space better than you found it. The ability to manage your time well and prioritize tasks throughout your shift. A warm, service-minded approach and strong communication skills with guests and teammates alike. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
