Job Title:
Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor (Warehouse - Ongoing Contract)
Location:
Tilton, NH Job Type:
Subcontract / 1099
Overview:
Established cleaning company seeking a reliable commercial cleaning subcontractor/team for a large warehouse facility. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent weekly hours.
Scope of Work:
General warehouse cleaning Floor care (sweeping, mopping, auto-scrubbing preferred) Trash removal and maintenance Restroom and common area cleaning Day porter duties
Schedule:
Day Porter:
Monday-Friday (approx. 8 hours/day)
Night Shift Cleaning:
Monday-Friday (3-4 hours/night)
Weekend Coverage:
Saturday & Sunday (16 total hours)
Total:
~40+ hours/week
Requirements:
Must have experience with commercial/warehouse cleaning Must have your own team (preferred) Reliable transportation Ability to handle large-scale facilities Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Preferred:
Existing cleaning crew ready to deploy Experience with long-term contracts Fully insured (or willing to obtain)
Compensation:
Competitive subcontractor rates (based on experience and team size) Opportunity for long-term contract
