Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented maitenance/custodian to join our team. The role will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and presentable. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms. Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and have a passion for cleanliness.
