What You'll Do Provide detailed cleaning services in owner-occupied residential homes, from traditional to luxury properties. Cleaning ranges from deep cleans, basement clean outs, regulatory cleaning, move-out/ move-in cleans. Deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning with exceptional attention to detail. Follow established cleaning procedures while adapting to each home's individual needs. Use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment at eachcustomer's home. Restock supplies and notify management of inventory or equipmentneeds. Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and team members. Maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of every client's home and personal belongings. Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining our white glove level of service. Qualifications Previous professional residential cleaning experience is required. Cleaning certification is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, products, and sanitation standards. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to consistently high-quality work. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including bending, lifting, standing, and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills.
