Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and mops to ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination. Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks, ensuring safe lifting practices are followed at all times. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces by sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitation procedures. Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting issues such as broken fixtures or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate team members. Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to resident or guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience within the property. Requirements Proven custodial or janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning techniques-Preferred. Familiarity with cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and other custodial tools. Experience handling chemical agents safely in accordance with safety protocols and chemical handling safety procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation standards and safety guidelines. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents, guests, and team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
