Independent Cleaning Subcontractor (1099) Ambitious cleaning NJ Camden, NJ Job Details Contract $18 - $22 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Liability insurance Full Job Description Job Summary Ambitious Cleaning NJ is seeking dependable and detail-oriented independent cleaning subcontractors for upcoming commercial cleaning accounts throughout South Jersey. Must have an active NJ Business Registration Certificate .Background will be checked. Must carry your own general liability insurance and provide proof of insurance prior to accepting cleaning assignments. What You'll Do Perform commercial janitorial and general cleaning services Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Dust and wipe surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Clean breakrooms and common areas Complete assigned cleaning services according to the contracted scope of work What We're Looking For Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Dependable and professional Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Must be able to complete agreed-upon cleaning assignments reliably
