Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our property, creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and service spaces using proper cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care to ensure a spotless appearance Assist with furniture rearrangement, stocking supplies, and setting up event spaces as needed Support the housekeeping team by delivering linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies throughout the property Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly Uphold sanitation standards in all areas by adhering to health regulations and safety protocols Support industrial cleaning tasks when required to maintain large-scale facilities or equipment Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and carpet cleaning Prior hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures accurately Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Join us in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.
