Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene of residential or commercial spaces. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, guests, or clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in various cleaning techniques. Schedule:

Need to be flexible to work weekends 40 hours a week AM shift

Pay Rate:

$17-18 per hour (time and half for OT hours) Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living and working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Manage laundry services such as washing, folding, and ironing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote health and safety standards Prepare and cook basic meals as needed, demonstrating culinary skills to meet residents' or guests' preferences Restock supplies and organize storage areas to optimize space utilization Handle janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and equipment maintenance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Support housekeeping management in scheduling, inventory control, and training new staff Adhere to safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to prevent accidents Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Basic cooking skills for meal preparation when required Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Good organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
