Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying protective treatments to extend floor life Manage janitorial tasks like waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring restrooms are stocked and hygienic Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any cleaning concerns professionally Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred Experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management adds valuable insight into guest service standards Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures is essential Hands-on experience with laundry services and linen management is a plus Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation including vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
