In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing household or facility upkeep, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents or guests. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of our clients, making their spaces spotless, organized, and inviting. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, moving furniture or appliances, and outdoor work as needed. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and areas by using appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies. Communicate professionally with clients or residents to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate with housekeeping management to schedule daily tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as polishing, buffing, carpet extraction, and surface dusting. Ability to follow detailed instructions for cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
