The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in an organized manner. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. environments is advantageous.
