Cleaner for Multiple Vacation Homes Job description: Vacation Home Cleaner for Multiple Vacation Homes in Sussex County - Montague, NJ Area. We are seeking reliable and experienced individuals to manage and perform cleaning and maintenance operations for multiple vacation homes in the Montague, NJ and Wantage, NJ area. Applicants without prior cleaning experience are also welcome to apply, as training can be provided. Cleaners can also accept cleaning assignments for our other properties located in the Newton and Andover, NJ areas if they would like additional cleaning assignments. This role involves both overseeing and participating in the assigned/accepted scheduled cleanings of our vacation home rentals, ensuring all properties are cleaned, maintained, and prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate with our team's coordination will manage cleaning schedules, inspect completed work, assist with cleanings as needed, and help maintain the overall quality and readiness of each home. Hours and schedules can be flexible depending on available cleaning dates per the need of the business and accepted/assigned dates

Note:

Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, and houses must be cleaned after check-out at 11 AM and before the 4PM check in. We are looking for candidates who can complete the cleaning before 4 PM, Monday to Sunday, per the accepted assigned cleaning dates.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining multiple vacation homes Attentive to cleaning schedules for each home. Take pre-cleaning and post-cleaning videos to confirm cleaning completion and quality Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all homes are cleaned and maintained to a high standard Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained Communicate with the team to address any specific cleaning needs or requests. Manage inventory of linens and other cleaning supplies Ensure that all homes are confirmed cleaned and ready for the next guest.

Requirements:

Reliable and responsible cleaner. Experience in cleaning/housekeeping, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a team and work independently Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays per accepted/assigned cleaning dates.

MUST HAVE

reliable personal transportation, no exception! Must be at least 18 years of age for employment Must be available for accepted or assigned cleanings between 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Must be able to take pre-cleaning and post-cleaning videos for documentation

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay rate depends on years of experience : $18.00/Hour to $22.00/hour.
