Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Housekeeper & Hospitality Lead to support daily housekeeping, dining, and hospitality operations. This role combines direct service responsibilities with team support, quality checks, and inventory oversight. Responsibilities of the

Housekeeper & Hospitality Lead:
Maintain clean and welcoming residential rooms, common areas, and restroomsAssist with dining service, meal setup, cleanup, and special eventsAssign and coordinate daily tasks under management directionPerform housekeeping quality checks and room inspectionsTrain, guide, and support team membersMonitor and organize housekeeping supplies and inventoryHandle laundry, restocking, trash, and recyclingFollow established cleanliness, safety, and service standardsBenefits of theHousekeeper & Hospitality Lead:
Monday-Friday 10 am-6:30 pm, with one 12-hour weekend shift per month.Pay rate: $26/hr, overtime as needed.
Direct Hire positionRequirements of the
Housekeeper & Hospitality Lead:
High school diploma or equivalentHospitality, housekeeping, or food service experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftComfortable working around dogs and cats.Availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional extended shiftsMust meet essential-employee reporting requirements, including occasional overnight stays when necessary, for example, during extreme weather, such as a major snowstorm.#INDDO
