Duties Perform thorough cleaning of the rooms spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a hygienic environment Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for guests. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and longevity Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, furniture moving, or outdoor work with safety and efficiency Maintain cleaning equipment by ensuring proper use, storage, and regular maintenance for optimal performance Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or carpet cleaning experience Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper handling of cleaning supplies Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks with care Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor furniture as needed Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable living spaces!
