Job Description
As a Hotel Housekeeping Housemen at The Reeds at Shelter Haven, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that define our luxury boutique experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment. Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist in laundry duties as required to maintain inventory of clean linens and towels. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good condition. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. Assist Laundry driver with pick up and delivery to laundry facility. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Valid New Jersey drivers license and a clean driving record Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff. Familiarity with floor care techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
