In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional residential cleaning services that ensure our clients' living spaces are comfortable, hygienic, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry to meet client standards Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens Manage household chores efficiently while respecting clients' privacy and preferences Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific requests or concerns Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment at all times Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a FRIENDLY and
