As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Schedule:
6AM-2PM, 3 weekdays and every Saturday and Sunday. Why Join Avalon Rehab & Care Center? Full-time, stable employment Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holiday pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement within the organization Meaningful work that positively impacts residents every day Responsibilities of Housekeeping Aide Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, dining areas, and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility Replenish paper products and cleaning supplies as needed Follow infection control and safety procedures Maintain housekeeping equipment and report maintenance concerns Respond promptly to housekeeping requests Ensure all areas meet facility cleanliness standards Qualifications for Housekeeping Aide Previous housekeeping, environmental services, janitorial, hotel, or healthcare cleaning experience is highly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic Join Avalon Rehab & Care Center and become part of a team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents every day.
