Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels, restock supplies as needed, and ensure all rooms are prepared for incoming guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist in the management of housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Skills Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices within hotel or residential settings. Proficient in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
