In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality spaces. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence will ensure that every space you care for is spotless, organized, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hallways Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing carpet cleaning as needed Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure readiness for residents or guests Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to uphold sanitation standards in residential or commercial settings Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work or janitorial services is preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices and laundry processes Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy items Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where guests feel valued and cared for!
