Position:
Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant We are in search of Housekeeping and/or Laundry Attendants passionate about maintaining a pristine environment for our valued guests. Beyond cleaning, these roles are about instilling a sense of comfort, well-being, and safety, ensuring every guest's experience is one they will cherish. If you have experience in the hospitality industry and are committed to top-notch customer service, we'd love to meet you!Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room Upkeep:
Ensure guest rooms are clean, hygienic, and welcoming. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, and working with maintenance to ensure all lights, televisions, fixtures, and fittings are in excellent condition.Bathroom Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish toiletries, and ensure all plumbing fixtures are functioning properly.Linen Care:
Change bed linens, launder towels, bedding, and ensure they are properly folded and stored.Public Areas:
Regularly clean and maintain common areas, hallways, and the motel's exterior surroundings to ensure they are inviting.Safety & Security:
Adhere to all safety and security protocols, ensuring any potential hazards are addressed promptly.Supply Management:
Safely and securely store cleaning supplies, ensuring they are accessible and well-stocked. This includes ensuring equipment is in working order and reporting any damages or malfunctions.Laundry Duties:
Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and other laundry items. This also includes managing the inventory of laundry supplies.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure guests' needs are met and catering to special requests of reasonable nature.Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with latest cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. Attend training sessions as required.Requirements:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage. but not required. Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Keen attention to detail. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.Flexibility in working hours:
