Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and comfort. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques for different flooring types. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to provide a comfortable stay for guests. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly. Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation standards, confidentiality, and guest privacy at all times. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hospitality or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with hotel operations and experience in housekeeping management is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
