Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detailed oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team and help maintain a pristine, welcoming environment for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across residential properties, ensuring surfaces are spotless, floors are immaculate, and spaces are sanitized to the highest standards. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness and appearance. Implement proper sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure health standards are met or exceeded. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. Use cleaning detergents and equipment effectively while adhering to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions. Conduct outdoor work when necessary, including patio or porch cleaning and debris Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications MUST have 3 Years of proven experience in residential cleaning/housekeeping management/or janitorial work. Must have a reliable car Must be allowed to work in the US without sponsorship Must pass a background check Must carry liability insurance You will be using your own supplies and equipment Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures is essential. Familiarity with various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and dusters. Knowledge of Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations.
