Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain impeccable cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure a pristine appearance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with every visit. Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to promote health and safety standards. Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines or supervising other team members. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation protocols. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Knowledge of laundry procedures and experience handling delicate fabrics is a plus. Previous hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required. Demonstrated reliability with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards.
