Our cleaners help customers enjoy clean, comfortable homes by providing professional and detail-oriented cleaning services throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Responsibilities Perform standard and deep residential cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and surfaces Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens Empty trash and replace liners Perform move-in and move-out cleaning Assist with vacation rental and recurring cleaning assignments Perform specialty cleaning when trained and assigned Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards Properly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment Arrive at assigned jobs on time and ready to work Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors Report property damage, safety concerns, or customer issues immediately Maintain a professional appearance while representing Swift Home Services Qualifications Preferred candidates will: Have residential or commercial cleaning experience; however, training may be provided Be dependable and punctual Have strong attention to detail Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team Be able to follow written and verbal instructions Have reliable transportation to job locations Be able to perform physically active work, including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting cleaning equipment Maintain professional behavior while working in customers' homes Be comfortable traveling to different job locations throughout the

Las Vegas Valley Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:

$15.00/hour Employees are paid weekly , with a Wednesday-to-Wednesday pay period . Payment is available by Direct Deposit, Zelle, or Check . Hours may vary depending on customer bookings and business needs. This position is a strong fit for someone looking for flexible part-time work with the opportunity to receive additional hours as Swift Home Services grows.
