Housekeeper/Laundry Worker

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry tasks efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care. Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies. Assist with dry cleaning services when required, ensuring delicate items are handled with proper care. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent accidents. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality service. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of laundry processes including washing techniques, stain removal, drying cycles, and dry cleaning procedures. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
