Job Description
Overview At KJM, our goal is to provide a quality service each and every cleaning! We work hard daily, and in turn the clients repay us all the time! We are an honorable, trustworthy, hardworking, and determined staff. With this scale of business, there is extreme room for growth, raises, and benefits available. We usually operate starting jobs as early as 930am, ending as late as 3/4pm Monday through Friday. Hours do differ based on clientele flow. KJM encourages you to reach out, and see if this type of work is for you! Responsibilities You will be trained in cleaning residential homes where you will then learn to: Interact with clientele properly. Clean kitchens top to bottom. Clean bathrooms top to bottom. Dusting any and all Furniture, dressers, shelving, tables, decor, etc. Deep cleaning : baseboards, blinds, walls, windows/windowsills, light fixtures etc. Vacuuming with a commercial vacuum. Mopping different types of flooring. Loading and unloading supplies into car/van. Returning supplies at the end of day. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred. Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus, contributing to team development. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike, fostering a positive team dynamic. Having a clean background check completed.
