Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PT Housekeeper and a FT Laundry Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our Residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and experience in various cleaning disciplines. Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning is highly valued. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces following established standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs with attention to detail Handle special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning as required Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is advantageous Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues Physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
