Housekeeper Full-time with /E/O/W $16/
HR Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a leading long and short-term care facility in Binghamton, New York. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sterile environment for our residents, ensuring their health and comfort. Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect resident rooms, common areas, and equipment to maintain a sterile environment Restock linens, towels, and supplies as needed Empty trash and recyclables, and restock bathrooms with toiletries and amenities Participate in infection control measures to prevent the spread of diseases Collaborate with other members of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of our residents and their families
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience in a housekeeping or healthcare setting (training provided) Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for long periods and move efficiently throughout the facility Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and infection control measures
Benefits:
