What We're Looking For:

We need reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our field team. You'll be professionally trained and provided with all tools and supplies. This is a W2 position (not a contractor gig), and all new team members must complete 1-2 weeks of training regardless of experience level.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation (you'll travel to 1-3 job sites/day) Comfortable driving in WNY weather (yes, that includes snow) Able to lift 30 lbs and move quickly Strong attention to detail—seriously, we clean deeper than most! Great communication, punctuality, and professionalism Team player mindset and willingness to grow

The Details:

Monday-Friday | 8:30/9:00 AM - 4/5 PM Based in Cheektowaga - We service all of WNY Full-time preferred, but part-time available (25-35 hrs/week)

Pay:

$19.50-$23.00/hour (based on experience and performance)

We require all new hires to undergo 2 weeks of training regardless of experience level. Do you have a reliable vehicle and are comfortable driving in the snow? (You must have your own vehicle for this position as you will be required to travel to 1-3 jobsites per day. You are reimbursed for your oil changes and you are paid for driving.) Our office is located in Cheektowaga. Is this location a problem to get to for you? (You are required to come to the office 2-3x week)
