Key Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms & kitchens) Follow company safety protocols Manage light lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, and kneeling Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction What You'll Need Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle to drive between job sites Willingness to submit to background check & drug test Strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude Ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per day Ready to Shine?
