Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will pay strong attention to detail and obtain a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. The Housekeeper will handle various cleaning tasks, assist guests with room requests, and communicate with Front Desk or Management. Responsibilities Follow specific instructions regarding special cleaning tasks / routines. Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks. Make beds and change linens regularly. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, towels, and cleaning products. Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly. Communicate with front desk regarding room status and requests. Ability to use our internal communication application. Requirements Previous experience in a housekeeping role is preferred. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, and lifting. Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Knowledge of hospitality principles is an advantage. Pay:
