This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the Women's Locker Room and surrounding clubhouse areas while upholding the Club's high standards of hospitality and service. Responsibilities Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the Women's Locker Room, restrooms, lounge areas, and surrounding clubhouse spaces Performing thorough cleaning and sanitizing of showers, sinks, toilets, benches, floors, and other high-traffic areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Restocking towels, toiletries, paper products, and other locker room supplies throughout shifts Assisting members with locker room needs in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns and reporting issues promptly Supporting floor care through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and other custodial tasks to maintain safe and polished spaces Assisting with general housekeeping duties throughout the clubhouse as needed Following all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary environment Supporting additional facility upkeep or light maintenance-related tasks as needed Qualifications English required; Spanish preferred Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance roles preferred Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques, including floor care, buffing, and deep-cleaning procedures Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliability and punctuality required Benefits Union eligible Lunch Provided Join us in helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming Club environment while supporting a positive experience for our members and guests.
