Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens efficiently Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces Execute sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and addressing any special requests Assist with light meal preparation or cooking tasks when required, supporting household routines Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on detailed sanitation practices Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces including floors, carpets, and upholstery Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and equipment as well as hotel housekeeping procedures is a plus Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and light cooking skills to assist with household meal prep Reliable time management skills to complete assigned tasks promptly while maintaining attention to detail Spanish is a plus Drivers license is a plus Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes where clients feel cared for every day!
