PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER

Harrison, New York | Westchester County3 Days Per Week | $38-$45/Hour | No Weekends A wonderful family in Harrison, New York is seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and highly detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper for a long-term position in their two-story private residence. The household consists of Mom and Dad and an 8-year-old child who is in the home part-time due to a shared custody arrangement.

Schedule

• 3 days per week
• Ideally Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• Family is flexible on which three weekdays for the right candidate and can accommodate someone who works for another family on alternate days
• No weekends required
• Candidates should be able to commit to a consistent three-day-per-week schedule
• Family is open to discussing whether the candidate prefers a set schedule provided by the family or a more flexible/alternating scheduleCompensation$38-$45 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

The family is looking for someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run home.

Responsibilities will include:

• Detailed general housekeeping
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Dusting throughout the home
• Cleaning baseboards and other detail areas
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Laundry from start to finish
• Ironing
• Folding clothing neatly and putting everything away
• Keeping closets and drawers neat, straightened, and organized
• Maintaining organization throughout the residence
• Identifying areas that need attention without always needing to be directed
• Handling household belongings carefully and respectfully
• Letting the dogs outside as needed.

Pets-The family has two loving, medium-sized German Pointer mixes, approximately 40 pounds each. Candidates must be comfortable around dogs and willing to let them outside when needed. No dog walking is required unless mutually agreed upon.
