• Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public spaces.
• Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, adhering to hotel standards and regulations.
• Perform deep cleaning duties as needed, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
• Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and solutions to efficiently clean high-traffic areas.
• Manage and maintain the cleanliness of floors, including mopping, sweeping, and polishing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Skills
• Strong housekeeping management skills, with the ability to manage cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Excellent cleaning skills, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and solutions.
• Ability to perform custodial duties, including floor care and cleaning.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
