Come Clean Up With Us We're looking for Housekeeping team members who take pride in creating spaces where guests can relax, recharge, and feel at home. At Weekender, housekeeping is a huge part of the guest experience. You'll help make our hotels feel fresh, welcoming, and ready for the next adventure. No hotel housekeeping experience? That's okay. This is an entry-level role, and we'll train you on our standards, systems, and routines. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, enjoy staying active, and like knowing that your work makes a real difference, you might be a great fit for our team. What You'll Do Clean and reset guest rooms so they're ready for the next arrival Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms Restock towels, toiletries, coffee, and other guest supplies Keep hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other public areas clean and welcoming Safely use cleaning products and equipment—we'll train you on the right way to use them Spot and report maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing supplies Respond to guest requests with a friendly, helpful attitude Follow Weekender's housekeeping standards and safety procedures Work independently while also being part of a supportive team What Makes Someone Great at This Job? The Reality of the Job Housekeeping is active work! You'll spend much of your shift walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, and working with your hands. You may occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. You may also work in varying temperatures and encounter wet floors or other typical hotel housekeeping hazards.
