Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain floor care routines including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to keep all flooring surfaces pristine. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and effectively while adhering to proper handling techniques. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency and safety during each shift. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures preferred. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, outdoor work experience is a plus. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
