Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper techniques to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Use janitorial equipment efficiently and safely while adhering to all sanitation guidelines for residential cleaning. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments without compromising quality. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as patio or porch cleaning, ensuring the entire property is pristine. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred; however, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
