Duties Assist with the daily cleaning and upkeep of public spaces, hallways, stairwells, and service areas to ensure a spotless environment. Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens, supplies, and equipment to guest rooms and work areas efficiently. Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance throughout the property. Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and report them promptly. Maintain cleanliness of service carts, storage closets, and housekeeping equipment to ensure safety and organization. Support janitorial tasks including trash removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitation to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of housekeeping duties while providing exceptional service. Requirements Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving supplies or furniture as needed. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices or housekeeping management is a plus.
