Room Attendant

Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure top-quality standards are met. Perform floor care activities such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness throughout the property. Maintain public areas by tidying lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with efficiency and care. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to support overall housekeeping operations. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to support smooth daily operations. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hotels or similar hospitality environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
