Job Summary Tuesday through Friday only. 8am-3 pm No nights, No weekends. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in resident spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques is a plus, including knowledge of sanitizing practices. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
