Proof of Insurance:

General Liability Insurance (to cover accidental property damage or injuries) Bonding (optional but preferred) for client trust Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites Your own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism Prior cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both) preferred Able to accept direct deposits for jobs completed What You'll Do Provide cleaning services such as standard, deep, move-in/out, or commercial cleaning Communicate professionally with clients and confirm job details Deliver top-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations Compensation Pay based on project size and service type. Cleaners will receive a percentage (usually 50%) of each job. The company retains the remaining percentage to cover marketing, administration, scheduling, and operational costs.
