Please include your expected day rate or weekly rate when applying We are looking for a dependable independent housekeeper / property support contractor to provide ongoing services for a private inn and event property. This role supports both guest-facing spaces and owner-occupied areas on the property. It is best suited for someone who is experienced, self-directed, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable with a mix of housekeeping, laundry, light food prep, organizing, and property reset work.
Services needed include:
Cleaning and resetting guest rooms Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, porches, and shared spaces Cleaning owner-occupied living areas as needed Cleaning and resetting event spaces before and after events Laundry, linens, towels, and restocking supplies Food prep as needed for guests, owners, and events Breakfast setup, service support, and cleanup Organizing supplies, closets, storage areas, linens, and household items Deep cleaning and organizing projects as needed, such as kitchen cabinets, closets, storage areas, and guest supplies Helping create order and maintain simple systems throughout the property Keeping spaces tidy, clean, stocked, and guest-ready Flagging low supplies, damages, missing items, or anything that needs attention Best fit for someone who: Provides housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or property support services independently Is reliable, punctual, and professional Is trustworthy and respectful in private living spaces Can follow a property checklist and also notice what needs to be done Takes pride in clean, calm, organized spaces Is comfortable with physical work and being on their feet Can work independently once familiar with the property Is flexible and comfortable with changing needs based on guest stays, events, owner needs, and property use Communicates clearly and takes initiative Has reliable transportation This is ongoing contract work for an independent contractor.
