Housekeeper - Full Time

As a Housekeeper you are responsible for the cleanliness of the premises. Cleaning Common areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, windows, floors, furniture. Your contribution adds value to the service we provide by maintaining a clean and tidy environment. The Housekeeper must be able to work freely and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. • Performs all housekeeping duties including distributing laundered articles and linens, replacing, and hanging draperies, changing beds, cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, dusting furniture and equipment, polishing metalwork, washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. • Performs all laundry duties including washing, drying, and ironing resident laundry and community linens and textiles in provided appliances, folding and/or hanging laundry appropriately, distributing laundered articles and linens, replacing and hanging draperies and changing beds. Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as needed.

Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:

Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.
