Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in housekeeping management, floor care, and industrial cleaning is preferred. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust and debris. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low. Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environments is advantageous but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
